The room we had was cozy and had a nice bathroom with air conditioning that worked well.

Neighboring hotel in a pretty nice area close to "El Corte Ingles ", and close to station / metro. Amiable staff and quick to respond. Great and particularly good location to a grand boulevard. Fine stay for 1 night...

Very old bathroom, very basic room.

Had enjoyable stay for 1 night. Liked the way our clean and warm apartment with possibility to add a cot was arranged.

Enjoyed my stay here for 1 night, the apartment had useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning.

Location was great, the staff were amicable. Liked dining at Buey Bistro, set within 5 minutes' walk. Furthermore, we left our car in the private parking. It was worth its 3 stars.

The location is excelent. You have the underground a couple of block away, and a couple of restaurants if you don't wish to move far to have a meal.

We wen't in the begining of summer time. The ac in the apartment was not working. There was only one ac in the living room, non in the room. We asked them to help us out so they brought one portable that made a lot of sound but at least the people in the room could sleep (With a lot ot light because then you couldn't bring down the shades. The problem was for the people in the living room, we couldn't sleep because of the heat. And they couldn't put another ac.

The location of this place was perfect as it was right next to the city center and near a metro station.

This time, I found that the apartments were not well cleaned (dust, curtains black, etc.) I also think the internet should be free

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. Situated in the heart of Madrid, it's conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance to Retiro Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were well equipped and spacious, with the option to add a cot for families. We also appreciated the basic cooking facilities and the small fridge, which came in handy. a practical and reasonably priced option for families looking to explore the city.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

Nice location within walking distance to main attractions. Good value for the money. Kitchenette.

It was cheap, quiet and in a good location; nearest metro-stop and department store around the corner. Easy to get to from the airport by metro or taxi. A decent place if you're not looking for anything fancy, but just a simple place to sleep.

The room was quite shabby and badly equipped; stains on blanket, worn out couch, no clothes rack and nowhere to put down toiletries in bathroom. The kitchen also pretty much lacks everything, so if you're planning to cook or even make your own breakfast, bring a coffee maker and anything else you use for cooking. Also worth noting, that the staff don't speak English, but are very helpful and friendly if you speak even the least bit of Spanish.

Great spot to explore around. the room was definitely worth the price. Can't wait to come back! 🌟

A nice and economical place for a family to stay.

Pressure of hot water was not adequate. It was preferred to have towels changed and deposal rubbish everyday.

Located in an affluent area at a great price, this hotel offers convenience and quality. Within the Salamanca neighborhood, it provides access to restaurants and bars. the rooms are reasonably priced for the area, offering comfortable beds and hot showers.

Some parts of the hotel can be worn out, such as the flooring and decor.
